Nāti Pēpi is a kaupapa Māori service providing wrap around maternal support from early pregnancy through to the age of 5.

Nāti Pēpi is dedicated to reindigenising the lives of hapū wāhine through the revitalisation of traditional Māori birthing and child-raising techniques.

We are also committed to addressing the social challenges faced by our communities, Mātauranga gained through Nāti Pēpi strengthens our whakapapa,  ensuring better outcomes for our wider Ngāti Porou whānui.

Nāti Pēpi will

• Work with whānau to move out of ‘survival mode’ and in to ‘thriving mode’
• Provide clinical care and traditional parenting education
• Run hapūtanga, wahakura, and rongoā wānanga
• Hold monthly wānanga focusing on life skills, Hauora
• Look after the hauora e tinana, hinengaro, whānau me ā wairua o māmā
• Facilitate māmā groups
• Create safe spaces for sharing
• Provide Tamariki Ora care for your pēpi
